CSAM Policy
1. Introduction
INSPO is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all individuals who interact with our platform. While only users aged 18 or older are permitted to create an account, INSPO recognises its ongoing responsibility to prevent exploitation, abuse, and harm.
This policy outlines INSPO’s approach to child safety and complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, as well as applicable child protection laws.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all INSPO users, employees, contractors, partners, and Community Ambassadors. It governs online interactions, published content, moderation, enforcement, and participation in any INSPO-hosted activities.
3. Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any behaviour, action, or content that exploits, harms, or abuses a minor sexually.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of a minor engaged in sexual activity or exploitation, including images, videos, audio, or text.
Grooming: The process of building trust with the intention of exploiting or abusing a minor.
Abuse: Any act or omission that results in physical, emotional, sexual, or psychological harm.
4. Core Protection Principles
Zero Tolerance: INSPO strictly and explicitly prohibits all forms of CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or abuse.
Safe Participation: All interactions on INSPO must promote safety, respect, and wellbeing.
Transparency: INSPO documents and communicates safeguarding actions in line with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Safeguarding Measures
Age Restriction: INSPO accounts are only available to individuals aged 18 and above.
Explicit Prohibition of CSAE: INSPO prohibits the creation, sharing, promotion, or possession of any CSAE or CSAM. Violations result in immediate enforcement.
Content Moderation: All content on INSPO is subject to monitoring and enforcement to detect and remove harmful or illegal material.
In-App Reporting: Users can report inappropriate behaviour or content through INSPO’s in-app reporting tool or by contacting our Designated Safeguarding Officer, Draego Zubiri, at contact@inspo.expert.
Enforcement: If INSPO obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we will:
- Immediately remove the illegal content
- Suspend or terminate the relevant accounts
- Report the matter to the appropriate authorities
6. Code of Conduct for Staff & Community Ambassadors
All INSPO staff and Community Ambassadors must:
- Act in the best interests of platform and user safety
- Avoid communication that could be interpreted as inappropriate or harmful
- Immediately report any suspected CSAE, grooming, or exploitation
- Fully cooperate with safeguarding investigations and legal authorities
7. Reporting & Escalation
All safeguarding concerns must be reported to INSPO’s Designated Safeguarding Officer, Draego Zubiri, at contact@inspo.expert.
Where required, INSPO escalates suspected or confirmed CSAE/CSAM to relevant authorities, including:
- NCA/CEOP (National Crime Agency — Child Exploitation & Online Protection Command)
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
INSPO complies with all legal reporting obligations.
8. Compliance
INSPO follows all applicable UK child safety laws, global reporting requirements, and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards. Internal processes ensure that all confirmed CSAM cases are reported to law enforcement.
9. Review
This policy is reviewed annually—or sooner when legal, regulatory, or platform updates require changes—to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
